Salem and Ehingen, Germany

July 26 - 28, 2017

We pulled into the parking lot of the Salem Monkey Zoo because there were storks everywhere, hundreds of them. From there we visited the Salem Monastery and Palace. It was founded in 1134. Now it houses a boarding school, has several gardens, and museums.

Ehingen, Germany - A pretty 17th century town we chose to visit because there was a convenient place to park 4 the night. We walked around the old town the evening we arrived and walked more the next morning. It turned out to be a really nice visit. On the way out of town we stopped at a castle and art museum.
